Drama & trauma both come from unprocessed emotions. The difference is drama can be dissolved but trauma doesn't ever go away. You can deal with drama one time & it can be cured. Once trauma occurs it can last for a lifetime & can also be repetitive in a person's life. There is NO cure for trauma!! Those with trauma have to learn successful healthy coping mechanisms & try to live as close to a normal life as possible.

Drama is formed from unprocessed emotions that a person may project on to others. Hostile Attribution Bias is a great example of a dramatic person. Hostile Attribution Bias is when a person interprets people they encounter in difficult situations as the past people that may have hurt them & they react in the present situation as if they are still in the past because they have not healed. Drama can come from a hurt or bruised ego. People who are dramatic are usually manipulative, insecure, have low self-esteem, hold grudges, & operate on an Output Mentality. An Output Mindset is a person that only cares to make their point heard, doesn't consider others, & can't see outside their point of view.

Trauma shifts your DNA & changes how a person thinks, feels, reacts/responds, or sees the world. It also changes who they are neurologically, hormonally, & even so severe it can be genetically as well. Trauma naturally creates Anchor Visions that can only be controlled by extensive intentional healing over the person's lifetime. Anchor Visions are visions/memories that appear during meditation or out of the blue. They are usually visions/memories that are tied to hurtful people and/or negative situations that are not fully processed and still in your energy. Trauma can operate on Output & Input Mindsets. An Input Mindset is a person that considers others, is in tune with their Higher-self, an empath, energetically sensitive, & sometimes doesn't speak up & can be withdrawn.

So before you assume actually get to know a person because we all have something deeper going on below the surface. I have a saying "Is it drama or trauma?" Think about it. ~VG 👑♍️💋
