There are times when our life can feel a bit hectic and we don't know which way is up or down. Your emotions and thoughts feel like they are all over the place. Nothing seems clear and no matter how hard you try everything seems like it's falling apart. When going through a transformation or a retrograde things can feel like they are slowed down because the universe is forcing us to get rid of the old and make room for the new.

Clutter is things that we hold on to that are no longer needed that hold up a space for new beginnings & experiences. Clutter prevents us from being able to live forward. Clutter can lead to procrastination, loss of motivation, emotional fog, physical health issues, depression, anxiety, bitterness, and disconnection. Clutter can lead to staying in your comfort zone or accepting less than you deserve.

Our upbringing & past experiences affect how we deal with clutter & adaptability. Self-doubt can lead to self-limitations & doubting your ability. It can also lead to stagnation not allowing you to move on & getting stuck in paralysis. Clutter is an invisible baggage that weighs us down & prevents us from taking a leap or change in direction. Clutter represents stagnant energy and stagnant is the opposite of growth. I have a saying "If it's not growing, it's not living."

Ways That You Can Release The Clutter

  • Throw out/give away old clothing & objects that you are no longer using or that is energetically tied to a person no longer in your life or that bring negative energy

  • Journaling is a great way to declutter emotionally & mentally

  • Cleaning is a great way to cleanse the energy in your home & shift the energy and make it lighter

  • Meditating & prayer

  • Therapy, exercise, & eat healthier

  • Grounding by the water

  • Read a self-improvement book to help shift your perspective

  • Organize your home, car, work area, yard, & other living spaces

  • Create structure in your life (discipline, organization, & planning)
