Mental Paralysis??? How to get UNSTUCK!!!

Mental Paralysis is a state of becoming paralyzed in a mental state of turmoil that is repetitive and believed to be your only reality. Sometimes we all get here somehow. The sad part is some people are still stuck there and what's even sadder some people will never leave this state. Mental Paralysis comes in many forms. Some it may be depression, paranoia, substance/alcohol abuse, anti-socialism or a need to control. The fear of being hurt, betrayed, or disappointed has gotten you stuck in such a state of feeling this is how it will always be and that things will never change has caused you to narrow your perspective and believe that things are hopeless.


You need to mental detox!!! Talking to a therapist is a great way. The key is finding a therapist that matches your energy, listens, and actually looks at you as a person and not a text book study. Journaling is another great way to empty out the thoughts of your brain to gain some clarity and mental relief. Grounding is another way to mentally detox. You can do yoga, touch/sit on the grass with your shoes off, sleep on the floor, meditate, get real plants in your house, eat root veggies, also red & green foods. Breathing exercises and meditation.


Remember the most important person in your life is yourself. Self care is the best care. Release what was and accept that it happened but you are not in that moment anymore. Live in the moment that you are in for it needs your attention more than your future or your past. Settle down your brain by planning and organization. It's time to set aside some time for you to recharge your energy and get it popping!!! What is it that you need to mentally detox??? How can you get grounded??? Are you living in the present moment??? If not, what can you do to be more in the present???
